Heading to the weekend....
Hey all,
Well, with Tom’s back still being testy (he’s going in for an MRI today, as the pain medication he was on, which boggled my mind, is still causing him amounts of pain and back spasms), I’m pretty much doing the LFT work. Finished out the last 3 coax drops tonight (as the re-run of the Cat5 ethernet cable we were planning on doing, per store request, is unable to be done right now, because 1-they don’t have enough open ports on their punchdown panel, and also, it’s next to impossible to do wires, as they built the kitchen vignettes AROUND the wires. Joy.
Oh well, tonight, it’s a short night for me, as I do double-duty. I’m going in for a few hours at 9pm (probably to midnight), just in case something should happen, with Tom’s back and all. Then, home for a few hours, and back to Chesterfield at 7am, to wait for electricians to install two power poles (and after that, for me to install our security boards and recoilers).
After that, come Saturday EARLY afternoon, we’ll be jetting for Bloomington, Indiana, for a two week work trip there. YAWN!
Is it just me, or was EA’s choice of music for the “Mercenaries 2: World in Flames” commercial a RIOT (laugh-wise) or what? John S. (my boss) and I commented about that when talking about the game at work.
Once again, AAA TV last weekend was pretty BLAH (and only 2 hours too)! Minis Title tourney match with Mini-Charly Manson and Jerrito Estrada was the same formula as the other matches. The non-title Mixed Tag Titles match with Mari/Gran Apache vs. Cinthia Moreno/Oriental was a bit interesting, as the two sides kind of reversed roles (even though the Apaches wanted the fans to chant RUDO with them). It’s just awkward seeing Cinthia and Oriental cheating. Best thing on the show….Teddy Hart and Jack Evans defeating Ultimo Gladiator and Crazy Boy. Damn (and note to Teddy, SELL SOMETHING! Geez, get hit with big move, get up 5 seconds later…no wonder he lost his WWE contract…TWICE).
More later,
Matt
